The original Wolfburn Distillery was founded in 1821 by William Smith & Co in the northern Highlands. Production ceased around 1850 and the distillery fell into disrepair. By 1872, only ruins remained. It was not until 2011 that plans were drawn up for a new distillery not far from the site of the old plant. Whisky production then began in January 2013.

Geschmack: Haselnuss, Mandeln und Nelken sind präsent, wunderbar überlagert von sanftem Torfrauch.
