Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping rate of €5.99 per order (includes age verification for alcoholic beverages).

- Orders with a value of €150 or more qualify for free shipping.

- This policy applies up to a maximum shipment size of three shipping cartons.

For shipments exceeding four cartons, shipping costs are calculated individually per package. In this case, you will receive a separate notification regarding the applicable shipping costs before the goods are dispatched.
Shipping costs of €5.99 per package apply to Bad Brückenauer products.

Information on youth protection:

Even if you have your package delivered to a different recipient, the recipient must be of legal age, present at the time of delivery, and able to provide proof of identity.

International deliveries:

Zone 2 – Andorra, Liechtenstein, Switzerland:

Orders with a total weight exceeding 120 kg (Zone 2) or 90 kg (Zone 3) are possible upon request. The free shipping policy applicable in Germany for orders of €150.00 or more does not apply to deliveries to Zones 2 and 3. For these zones, the shipping costs specified above apply regardless of the order value.

Shipping costs are displayed in your shopping cart and on the order summary page before you finalize your order.

Customs duties and import charges (Zone 2 and Zone 3)

All countries in shipping zones 2 and 3 are located outside the European Union. Consequently, deliveries to these countries may incur additional customs duties, import VAT or similar import taxes, as well as fees charged by the shipping service provider for customs clearance.

These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and must be borne by you, the recipient. They are generally collected directly from you by the shipping service provider or the relevant customs authority upon delivery or prior to the handover of the goods.

Whether such costs apply and the amount thereof depend on the value of the goods, the nature of the goods, and the regulations of the respective destination country. We have no control over this and therefore cannot provide binding information regarding the amount in advance. You can obtain further information from your country's customs authority; for Switzerland and Liechtenstein, for example, this is the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (FOCBS/BAZG) at www.bazg.admin.ch.

Customs clearance is handled by our shipping service provider. In individual cases, this may result in delivery taking longer than the stated delivery time.

Vouchers/Tastings

We send vouchers and tasting tickets exclusively via email.
Therefore, no shipping costs apply to vouchers.

Delivery times

Unless a different timeframe is specified in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany in 1–2 days and internationally in 4–7 days following the conclusion of the contract (or, if advance payment has been agreed upon, following the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
For self-pickup, we will notify you via email when the goods are ready and provide details on pickup options. No shipping costs are charged in this case.
