Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.99 (for alcoholic beverages requiring age verification) per order.

- Delivery is free of charge for orders over €150 .

- This rule applies up to a maximum shipping quantity of three shipping cartons .

• For orders of four or more shipping cartons, shipping costs are calculated individually for each package. In this case, you will receive a separate notification regarding the applicable shipping costs before the goods are shipped.
• For products from Bad Brückenau, shipping costs of €5.99 per package apply.

Even if you have your package delivered to a different recipient, the recipient must be of legal age and present at the delivery location and provide identification documents.

Sales tax and import duties

Vouchers/Tastings

We send vouchers and tasting tickets exclusively by email.
Therefore, there are no shipping costs for vouchers.


Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes 1-2 days, and for deliveries abroad, 4-7 days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of your payment).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

If you choose self-collection, we will inform you by email when your order is ready and provide details on collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
