Torabhaig Niall The Distiller's Series 0.7l, alc. 59.3% Vol.

Torabhaig is the second distillery on the Scottish Isle of Skye, alongside Talisker. The distillery itself is housed in an old farmhouse, which its owner Mossburn Distillers rebuilt. To honor the history of the site, stones from the nearby Camus castle ruins were used in its construction. The first single malt whisky was distilled in 2017.

This whisky is dedicated to distiller Niall Culbertson. Niall's father, a fisherman, loved rum and the sea. The whisky is finished in rum casks and lightly peated.

Torabhaig The Distillers Series matured for an undefined period in first-fill Bourbon casks
and refill rum casks.
Bottled at a robust 59.3% alcohol by volume, with no added color and non-chill filtered.

Aroma: Cooked pineapple, guava, pear, vanilla, sweet smoke

Taste: Orange, malt biscuits, vanilla, sea salt, maritime notes, fine spice, peat smoke
