Torabhaig Iona The Distillers Series 0.7l, alc. 60.9% Vol.

Torabhaig is the second distillery on the Scottish Isle of Skye, alongside Talisker. The distillery itself is housed in an old farmhouse, which its owner Mossburn Distillers rebuilt. To honor the history of the location, stones from the nearby Camus castle ruins were used in the construction. The first single malt whisky was distilled in 2017.

This whisky is dedicated to distiller Iona Macphie. Her personal interpretation of a Torabhaig whisky is inspired by her walks through the Skye landscape. The whisky is deliberately produced unpeated.

Torabhaig The Distillers Series matured for an undefined period in first-fill bourbon casks
and refill sherry butts.
Bottled at a robust 60.9% alcohol by volume, without coloring, and non-chill-filtered.
