Torabhaig Allt Gleann Batch Strength 0,7l, alc. 61,1 Vol.-%

Torabhaig is the second distillery on the Scottish Isle of Skye alongside Talisker. The distillery itself is housed in an old farmhouse, which the owner Mossburn Distillers rebuilt. To honor the history of the site, stones from the nearby Camus Castle ruins were used in the construction. The first single malt whisky was distilled in 2017.

The first limited edition in batch strength from Torabhaig.

Torabhaig Allt Gleann matured for approximately 60 months in first fill bourbon casks and refill whisky barrels. Bottled with a strong 61.1 vol. % alcohol, without colorant and not chill-filtered, 22.8 ppm.

Aroma: Sweet with malt sugar and ashy peat smoke, spices, iodine and coniferous wood, maritime.

Taste: Peat smoke with characterful and complex accents and a maritime top note.
