Aroma: Is initially dominated by a strong, sparkling acidity, which is accompanied by a rather sweeter note, the aroma of which is somewhat reminiscent of cinnamon. There are also slight hints of wood from the oak barrel.

Taste: Pleasant agave aroma in the foreground, which harmonises well with a fine sweetness. The acidity, which is still very present in the nose, recedes into the background, and a mild hint of cinnamon can still be discerned. The taste profile proves to be extremely balanced and particularly soft.
