Tsukuriwake translates as diversity and represents this in the context of whisky production that has been developed and passed down by the blenders at Suntory over generations. This tradition enables current master blender Shinji Fukuyo and future blenders to push the boundaries of Japanese single malt art. The Tsukuriwake approach, which focuses on diversity in production, is at the heart of Yamazaki and Hakushu.

Aroma: Gently smoky with a hint of biscuit.

Taste: Smoky and sweet like brown sugar, followed by citrus notes of bitter orange.
