The Singleton of Dufftown Artisan 1.0l, alc. 40% by volume

Dufftown Distillery was built from an old mill in 1895 by Peter Mackenzie, Richard Stackpole, John Symon and Charles MacPherson. It was the sixth distillery to be established in the famous whiskey town of Dufftown. The single malts from the distillery are sold under the brand name "The Singleton" by the spirits group Diageo.

The Singleton of Dufftown Artisan first matured in oak casks for an undefined period of time and then received a post-maturation in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. Bottled at a mild 40 vol. % alcohol.

Aroma: Ripe fruit notes, creamy and sweet with hints of espresso and chocolatey oak.

Taste: Fruity with raspberries and ripe oranges, some lovage and caramel.
