This Singleton from Glendullan, one of the seven renowned distilleries in Dufftown, was bottled for the 2021 Special Releases. Under the theme 'Legends Untold', this year's bottlings each represent a legend surrounding their respective distillery. The Glendullan bottle depicts a siren said to live in the waters of the River Dullan. According to myth, the golden maiden lends the single malt from this distillery its gently sweet character with her sweet song.

The Singleton 19 Year Old was first matured in ex-bourbon barrels and then finished in cognac casks. Bottled at a robust 54.6% ABV.

Aroma: Hints of dried figs, orange peel and mild spices, slightly dry oak wood note.

Taste: Light and dark grapes, aromatic spiciness, underlying sweetness with a slightly dry oak note.
