Tamnavulin White Wine Cask Edition 0.7l, alc. 40 Vol.-%

By Scottish standards, the Tamnavulin Distillery, founded in 1966, is one of the younger whiskey distilleries. Located in Speyside, Scotland, Tamnavulin translates as "mill on the mountain".
After various closures, the distillery has been producing again since it was taken over by Whyte & Mackay in 2007. Since 2011 at full capacity.

Tamnavulin White Wine Cask Edition first matured in American oak barrels for an undefined period of time and then received a post-maturation in white wine barrels (Sauvignon Blanc) .
Bottled at a mild 40 vol. % alcohol.

Aroma: Fruity and floral with creamy sweetness, robust grain and slightly dry oak, slightly yeasty.

Taste: Fruity with green grapes and apples, vanilla and toffee, malty with some straw.
