Talisker 11 years Special Release 2022 0.2l, alc. 55.1 Vol.-%

The Talisker distillery was built in 1831 on the Scottish Isle of Skye. The name is derived from the Talisker House estate, which lies a few miles west in the mountains. After a fire in 1960, which destroyed almost the entire distillery, Talisker was rebuilt a few years later in its original form. The breathtaking landscape of Skye attracts countless tourists to the distillery every year, many of whom are enthusiastic about the distillery's peppery, smoky single malt.

Talisker 11 years matured the entire time in former bourbon barrels. Bottled with a strong 55.1% alcohol by volume.

Aroma: Maritime and fresh with delicate pepper, some sweetness, subtle wood smoke and delicate fruit.

Taste: Spicy with pepper, malty sweetness with hints of light fruits, maritime peat smoke.
