Every year, the historic house vinifies its Champagne Taittinger Brut Réserve. Unique among the great champagne cuvées due to its unusually high proportion of Chardonnay, it inspires with the finesse, seductive lightness and elegance typical of the house. Among the major champagne houses, Taittinger has the largest vineyard area in the Côtes des Blancs with the most outstanding Chardonnay Grand Crû vineyards in Champagne. The dense and full-bodied Brut Réserve matures to perfection for 3 - 4 years in the up to 30m deep chalk cellars below the Saint Nicaise Abbey in Reims. With the traditional champagne method, the advantages of the Chardonnay grape really come into their own.

Light green-yellow, silver reflections, persistent, fine mousseux.
Bouquet underlaid with a fine touch of nougat, some brioche, white peach and marzipan.
Fine yellow apple fruit, fine structure, medium complexity, mineral and vinous, very versatile, lemony finish.
