St. Kilian Distillers, located in Rüdenau near Miltenberg, is the largest whiskey distillery in Germany. In a former clothing factory, the distillery produces single malt whiskey with Scottish hardware and Irish software. St. Kilian is best known for the Bud Spencer and Terence Hill whiskeys.

St. Kilian Grave Digger - Field of Blood matured in a combination of ex-red wine, ex-bourbon and ex-ruby port casks for an undefined period of time. Bottled at 47% ABV. Alcohol, without coloring and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Mild peat smoke with fruity hints of red berries, ripe peaches and sweet grapes. Vanilla, some oak spice, fine tannins and subtle.

Taste: Creamy, sweet and fruity with facets of vanilla, red berry compote and juicy grapes. This is followed by warming oak spice, tannins and mild accents of peat smoke.
