Slyrs 12 Years Single Malt 0.7l, 43% Vol

The Slyrs distillery has been producing single malt whiskey since 1999. In the beginning, the Lantenhammer distillery housed the production, from 2007 in its own premises in the immediate vicinity of the Schliersee. Since the beginning of 2022, Slyrs has been an independent company, which is now known beyond the German borders with a large number of different bottlings.

Slyrs 12 years matured the entire time in American white oak casks, which were already filled with Slyrs whisky. Bottled at 43 vol. % alcohol, without coloring and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Balance of sweetness and spice, dark fruit notes, light dried fruit, dry oak.

Taste: Spicy with nutmeg and tarragon, caramel sweetness, ripe plums and dried apricots.
