Sheep Dip Blended Malt Scotch Whiskey 0.7l, alc. 40% by volume

With the so-called sheep dip, the sheep used to be deloused before shearing. Some farmers then distilled illegally and then hid the whiskey in casks labeled 'Sheep Dip' like the insecticide. Blended malt whiskeys that come from various regions of Scotland - including the island of Islay - are bottled under this brand name.

Sheep Dip matured for an undefined period in oak barrels, bottled at a mild 40% ABV. Alcohol.

Aroma: Fruity aromas of melons, pears and oranges. Followed by citrus notes, marzipan and spicy oak.

Taste: Rich, malty, toffee and dark fruits

Finish: Long-lasting with vanilla and a hint of campfire smoke
