The recipe for the Schlaraffenburger apple cider is a well-kept secret at our Rothen Bücher project winery. The low alcohol content, the sparkling carbon dioxide and the fruity taste invite you to enjoy it carefree.
Our cider received a special honor when it became the “official drink at the Aschaffenburg Cultural Days” in the summer of 2005. His typical French flair helped him achieve this.
