Nova means "new" – and that's precisely what describes our interpretation of cherry. Nova Cherry is a cherry brandy with a new brilliance: familiar in origin, yet with its own modern radiance. Local cherries, aged in new, untoasted wooden barrels and refined by our distillers into a noble spirit.

Nose: warm vanilla notes, accompanied by delicate bitter almond, dried fruits, and a hint of honey. The aroma is reminiscent of noble Maraschino cherries and appears pleasantly rounded.

Taste: on the palate, a gentle sweetness emerges, followed by notes of dark chocolate and cocoa. The cherry is elegantly integrated and harmoniously supported by the aromas.

Finish: in the finish, the bitter almond comes to the fore a little more strongly, accompanied by a delicate, lingering sweetness. A soft, balanced finale that resonates for a long time.
