Scapa 16 Years Signature Series 2024 0.7l, alc. 48 Vol.-%

The Scapa Distillery, founded in 1885, is located in the immediate vicinity of the Highland Park distillery. By Scottish standards, the distillery produces relatively little single malt whisky, which makes bottlings from Scapa rather rare. After extensive renovations, during which production was stopped in some places or taken over by employees of the Highland Park Distillery, Scapa has been distilling continuously again since 2004.

The Signature series consists of three bottlings that shine in a modern and fresh design with maritime colors. The bottles are also more reminiscent of decanters than bottles in a typical shape.

Scapa 16 years matured the entire time in American white oak barrels.
Bottled with 48% vol. alcohol.

Aroma: Mango, vanilla, clementines, leather

Taste: Spiced apple pie, vanilla pudding, mulled wine spices and gentle oak
