Roseisle 14 Year Special Release 2025 0.7l alc. 55.9 Vol.-%

The 2025 special bottling of Roseisle is called "Harmonic Grace" and is a 14-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from the Diageo Special Release series. It matured in refill casks and rejuvenated casks, bottled at cask strength with 55.9% ABV and comes from the Speyside region in Scotland.

Aroma: Gentle, green and fragrant, rounded off with soft vanilla sponge cake, which transitions into caramelized apple tart with a puff pastry base, topped with vanilla ice cream. A few drops of water will make the green notes and vanilla aromas more pronounced.

Taste: Creamy-soft in texture and sweet in taste, buttery cake, creamy vanilla and a crisp, tart peppery spice at the end. Green, grassy, fruity and nutty layers blend together. A splash of water makes the whole thing more elegant.
