Proclamation Irish Whiskey honors both the history and the people behind the birth of Proclamation and the pivotal role they played at the turn of the 20th century, coupled with their continued relevance in the 21st century.

Proclamation Irish Whiskey first matured for an undefined period in ex-bourbon casks and was then matured in sherry casks. Bottled with 40.7 % vol. alcohol.

Aroma: Sweet and cereal with mild fruitiness, roasted notes and citrus, some oak.

Taste: Sweet with toffee and vanilla, nut chocolate and cereals, slightly dry oak.
