The fruity Pfirserla, made with fine distillate of sun-ripened peaches, is a real treat. The fruits used ripen under ideal climatic conditions in the gardens of our fruit growers. Processing takes place immediately after delivery to our fruit farm. This is crucial for the quality of the distillate made from it. On the nose, the Pfirserla convinces with its intense scent, which immediately conjures up images of richly draped trees in the mind. On the palate it then unfolds its aromatic, gentle taste with a long finish. Simply delicious!
Our drinking recommendation: Enjoy the Pfirserla slightly chilled in a schnapps goblet or stamperl at a temperature between 15 and 18 °C.
