The Silver (or Blanco) Tequila is made by Patron in Jalisco, Mexico, from 100% blue Weber agave. After the extensive preparatory work (harvesting by hand, steaming, crushing, mashing), the two-stage distillation process takes place in the pot stills. The agave spirit then rests for a while in stainless steel containers to round out its body and lose the unwanted alcoholic sharpness. Only when it dances silkily over the tongue is the creation bottled in a bottle made of recycled glass.
