Paddy Blended Irish Whiskey 0.7l, alc. 40% by volume

In 1966, John Power & Son, John Jameson & Son and the Cork Distilleries Company (which operated Old Midleton Distillery) combined to form the Irish Distillers Group. Subsequently, it was decided to close the existing distilleries and to bundle the entire production in a new, very modern facility. This was built in Midleton. In 1975 production ended at the Old Jameson Distillery and began at the new one. The old distillery has now been converted into a visitor centre.

Paddy matured in oak barrels for an undefined period. Bottled at a mild 40% ABV. Alcohol.

Aroma: Tart grain with a delicate sweetness, some fruit and dry oak.

Taste: Sweet-dry grain with a tart-spicy note of oak and green apples.
