Oban Distillers Edition 2022 0.7l, alc. 43% vol.

The Oban Distillery was founded in 1794 in the town of the same name. The distillery is one of the few remaining that is located in the city itself and does not produce outside. Oban forms the boundary between the Scottish Highlands and Islands, both geographically and in terms of the character of the single malt itself. Bottling of the distillery are rather rare. Oban is known for its 14-year-old single malt. which is part of the Classic Malts range.

Oban Distillers Edition 2022 first matured in a combination of former bourbon and sherry casks and then received a post-maturation in fino sherry casks. Bottled at 43 vol. % alcohol.

Aroma: Ripe fruit and citrus notes with dry sherry, walnuts and a hint of smoke, maritime.

Taste: Spicy and malty with ripe grapes, oranges and zest, dry oak and some peat smoke.
