to produce a smooth whisky with subtle oaky smoky notes on the nose.
A taste that combines dry peaty notes with the characteristic creamy sweetness and spiciness of the Monkey Shoulder Original.
The subtle sweetness of Smokey Monkey comes out when it is consumed neat (with a splash of water if necessary) or in classic cocktails.

Monkey Shoulder matured for an unspecified period of time in former bourbon barrels. Bottled at a mild 40% alcohol by volume.

Aroma: Oak smoke, soft vanilla and subtle citrus

Taste: Dry peat with creamy sweetness and spice
