The Milk & Honey Distillery, often referred to as M&H, is the first Israeli whiskey distillery. Planning began in 2012 and two years later it went into operation in the south of Tel Aviv. The name of the distillery is a reference to the biblical expression “The Land of Milk and Honey”.

M&H Classic matured for an undefined period of time in a combination of former bourbon and red wine barrels. Bottled at 46 vol. % alcohol, without coloring and not cold filtered.

Aroma: Spicy with a slightly dry grain note, hints of sweetness and red berries.

Taste: Peppery spiciness with powdered sugar and fresh florality, currants.
