Many Scottish distilleries produce exclusively for the blend industry and therefore do not have their own single malt whiskey in their range. The background to the so-called Flora & Fauna series is to create an original bottling from precisely such distilleries in order to make their specific character accessible to connoisseurs.

Mannochmore 12 year old comes from Speyside in Scotland and matured for 12 years in ex-bourbon and sherry casks. Bottled at 43 vol. % alcohol.

Aroma: Mild florality, delicate sweetness, vanilla, green apples, malt.

Taste: Mild mix of fruit sweetness and acidity, dry nuttiness with floral accents.
