In Isokyrö, some 400 km from the Finnish capital Helsinki, a whisky distillery stands in the former buildings of a dairy. There, five Finns and their team distill a pot still whisky made from 100% rye.

Aroma: Fresh and herbal, marzipan in dark chocolate, freshly baked rye rolls, rosehips. Berliner doughnuts with apricot filling and vanilla sugar.

Taste: Sweet aromas of apricots, honey, and oatmeal cookies. The mid-palate is interwoven with broad, grainy flavors and subtle herbal notes. Rye bread with butter and thyme.
