Jura Winter Edition Single Malt Scotch Whiskey 0.7l, alc. 40% by volume

Established in 1810, Jura Distillery is located in the only town on the island of the same name, Craighead. The distillery is sixty miles from the Scottish coast but despite the inaccessibility has managed to steadily increase production volumes and sell their single malt all over the world. Many visitors to the neighboring island of Islay take the opportunity to cross over to Jura during their visit.

Jura Winter Edition first matured in former bourbon casks for an undefined period of time and then received a post-maturation in sherry casks. Bottled at a mild 40% ABV. Alcohol.

Nose: Ripe citrus and caramel, fruit salad with hints of coffee and oak.

Taste: Sweet with vanilla and cinnamon, raisins and maple syrup, Christmas spices.
