Jörg Schäfer Mirabelle 0.5l, alc. 40% by volume

The Schäfer family distillery was founded in 1869 by Michael Eckert, the great-great-grandfather of current owner Jörg Schäfer, in Seckmauern in the Odenwald region. The business is currently run by the fifth generation of the family and, in 2019, celebrates its 150th anniversary. The distillery primarily processes fruit from its own orchards and those from local orchards. The finest spirits are distilled from various apple and pear varieties, sour cherries, plums, and mirabelle plums.
