Lynchburg, Tennessee, has just over 5,000 residents, but is world-famous for the Jack Daniel's Distillery. With an annual production of approximately 90 million liters, Jack Daniel's is the best-selling American whiskey brand worldwide. Unlike American whiskey distilleries and brands, which have changed hands frequently since the 19th century, Jack Daniel's has only been sold once. The Motlow brothers, great-nephews of Jack Daniel, sold the company to the Brown-Forman Corporation in 1956.

Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Select matured for an unspecified period of time in a single fresh American white oak barrel (Virgin Oak). Bottled at 45% ABV, without coloring.

Aroma: Sweet and spicy mixed with dry oak notes and ripe citrus fruits.

Taste: Spicy with a hint of pepper and clove, blood oranges and peel, sweet caramel.
