Lynchburg, Tennessee has a population of just over 5,000 but is world famous for Jack Daniel's Distillery. With a production of around 90 million liters a year, Jack Daniel's is the best-selling American whiskey brand in the world. Unlike America's whiskey distilleries and brands, which have changed hands many times since the 19th century, Jack Daniel's has only been sold once. The Motlow brothers, great-nephews of Jack Daniel, sold the company to the Brown-Forman group in 1956.

Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Rye matured in a single fresh American White Oak (Virgin Oak) cask for an undefined period of time. Bottled at 45% ABV. Alcohol, without dye.

Aroma: Ripe citrus fruits and zest, spicy rye, slightly chocolatey oak, pepper.

Taste: Spicy with some cloves, deep grain note, flowery with some toffee and orange.
