Inchgower, a distillery in Scotland's Speyside region, like many other distilleries, produces almost exclusively for the blending industry. Their own single malts are rare and, if they appear at all, often appear as special releases from the spirits group Diageo. This bottling, limited to 8,544 bottles worldwide, is no exception.

Inchgower 27 Year Old comes from Speyside, Scotland, and matured in refill American white oak casks from 1990 to 2018. Bottled at a robust 55.3% ABV, it's color-free and non-chill-filtered.

Aroma: Floral and malty with ripe fruit notes and acidity, underlying sweetness, nut brittle and dark chocolate.

Taste: Toast and creamy vanilla, underlined by spices and fruit compote, dry oak with nuts.
