Inchgower, a distillery in Speyside, Scotland, produces like many other distilleries almost exclusively for the blend industry. Own single malts are rare and often, if at all, appear within the special releases of the spirits company Diageo. This is also the case with this bottling, which is limited to 8544 bottles worldwide.

Inchgower 27 years old comes from the Scottish Speyside and matured in American white oak refill casks from 1990 to 2018. Bottled with a strong 55.3 vol. % alcohol, without coloring and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Floral and malty with ripe fruit notes and acidity, subliminal sweetness, nut brittle and dark chocolate.

Taste: Toast and creamy vanilla, accompanied by spices and fruit compote, dry oak with nuts.
