Highland Park Heather Cask Strength 0.7L, 63.6% ABV

Highland Park is not only one of Scotland's northernmost distilleries, but also one of its oldest. The distillery's operators claim it was founded as early as 1798. Located in the small town of Kirkwall on the Orkney Islands, Highland Park produces a spicy, smoky single malt, and is one of the few distilleries in Scotland to use its own malting floors. Its bottlings bear names that evoke the Vikings.

first-fill European and American sherry-seasoned oak casks.
Bottled at a powerful 63.6% ABV, with no added color and non-chill filtered.
