Grace O'Malley whiskeys are a tribute to the Irish pirate queen Grainne Ní Mháille/Grace O'Malley. Grace (1530–1603) was an Irish heroine, a daring navigator and sailor who became a pirate feared by the English. Inspired by her wild life and courageous character, the Grace O'Malley spirits were created.

Grace O'Malley Rum Cask was first matured in oak barrels for an undefined period and then underwent a secondary maturation in rum casks.
Bottled at 43% alcohol by volume.

Aroma: Fruity, fudge, ripe banana, tropical fruits.

Taste: Sweet and creamy, limes and oranges, zest, mild spiciness with grain and a touch of oak.
