Grace O'Malley whiskeys are a tribute to the Irish pirate queen Grainne Ní Mháille/Grace O'Malley. Grace (1530–1603) was an Irish heroine, a daring navigator and sailor who became a pirate feared by the English. Inspired by her wild life and courageous character, the Grace O'Malley spirits were created.

Grace O'Malley Maritime Cask Irish Whiskey matured in oak casks for an unspecified period. Bottled at a mild 40% ABV.

Aroma: Mild and light with delicate sweetness, hearty grain and a hint of citrus.

Taste: Creamy and sweet, caramel, tart grain with lemon and zest, almonds.
