Grace O'Malley whiskeys are a tribute to the Irish pirate queen Grainne Ní Mháille/Grace O'Malley. Grace (1530–1603) was an Irish heroine, a daring navigator and sailor who became a pirate feared by the English. Inspired by her wild life and courageous character, the Grace O'Malley spirits were created.

Grace O'Malley Dark Char Cask was first matured in oak barrels for an undefined period and then received a second maturation in heavily charred barrels.
Bottled at 43% alcohol by volume.

Aroma: Coffee, Bourbon vanilla, milk chocolate, roasted wheat, caramel candies.

Taste: Fruitcake, hearty grain, and distinctive roasted notes.
