Heir to traditional know-how, the Gosset champagne house has preserved its style over the centuries. The Gosset family has been based in Aÿ, a Grand Cru of Champagne, since the 16th century. For 16 generations, the Gosset house has been synonymous with excellence, which is now guarded by Odilon de Varine, the cellar master and deputy general manager of the house. The house's champagnes are particularly recognizable by their bottle shape, a legacy of the "antique" bottles of the 18th century.

Color: The color is bright and luminous. It pearls gently and persistently.

Smell: The nose is very precise and mixes scents of white flowers (acacia, hawthorn) with delicious pear notes.

Taste: In the mouth, it impresses with its purity, liveliness and creaminess. On the palate, the scents of the nose are perfectly reflected, complemented by fruity aromas (vineyard peach, mirabelle plum, Reine-Claude). The 4-year maturation on the lees leads to a delicious taste on the palate, which expresses the beautiful maturity of this cuvée.
