Glenmorangie Nectar D'or Sauternes Cask Finish 0.7l, 46% Vol.

Evidence of (illegal) whiskey distilling in the region around the town of Tain dates back to around 1700, but legal whiskey has only been produced at Glenmorangie Distillery since 1843. The distillery was the first to start aging their whiskey in other casks on a large scale. Over the years, the distillery has been expanded several times, but the small but tall stills, which are unique in their shape throughout Scotland, have remained consciously.

Glenmorangie Nectar D'or matured in ex-bourbon casks for an undefined period of time and then received a post-maturation in white wine casks. Bottled at 46% ABV. Alcohol.

Aroma: Citrus accentuated, delicate sweetness, ginger and mild spice notes, hints of sultanas.

Taste: Oranges and lemons, floral with vanilla and some caramel, coconut and slightly dry oak.
