The history of the Glenlivet distillery is impressive. Founded in 1824 by George Smith as the first legally producing distillery in Scotland, Glenlivet made a name for itself in the region of the same name. Many other distilleries sprung up almost overnight as a result of the licensing agreements and use the name "Glenlivet" in their own way to share in the success of the distillery founded by George Smith. Today, alongside Macallan and Glenfiddich, Glenlivet is one of the most successful Scottish distilleries in the world.

Glenlivet Distiller's Reserve Triple Cask Matured matured for an undefined period in a combination of ex-bourbon casks (first fill and refill). Bottled at a mild 40% ABV. Alcohol.

Aroma: Fruity and sweet with grain and a subtle oak note.

Taste: Sweet with caramel, pear and some citrus, malty with slightly dry oak.
