The history of the Glenlivet distillery is impressive. Founded in 1824 by George Smith as the first legally producing distillery in Scotland, Glenlivet made a name for itself in the region of the same name. Many other distilleries sprung up almost overnight as a result of the licensing agreements and use the name "Glenlivet" in their own way to share in the success of the distillery founded by George Smith. Today, alongside Macallan and Glenfiddich, Glenlivet is one of the most successful Scottish distilleries in the world.

Glenlivet 15 Years French Oak Reserve first matured in ex-bourbon casks and then received a post-maturation in fresh French oak barrels (Virgin Oak). Bottled at a mild 40% ABV. Alcohol.

Aroma: Aromatic mix of sweet and spicy, ripe fruit note, floral with a slightly dry oak note.

Taste: Toffee and vanilla, nutmeg and some cinnamon, ripe apples and pears, almonds and oak.
