Glenfiddich Orchard Experiment #05 0,7l, alc. 43 Vol.-%

The Glenfiddich distillery was built between 1886 and 1887 by William Grant and began production on Christmas Day 1887. In 1892, the founder took a break from managing Glenfiddich Distillery to establish the nearby Balvenie distillery, which is also still owned by William Grant & Sons. In 1963, the distinctive three-sided Glenfiddich bottle was introduced. In the same year, the distillery also launched the first ever official single malt whisky on the market.

Glenfiddich Orchard Experiment #05 reifte für nicht definierte Zeit zuerst in Eichenholzfässern und erhielt im Anschluss eine Nachreifung in Somerset Pomona-Fässern. Abgefüllt mit 43 % vol. Alkohol.

Aroma: Milder Mix aus Süße und trockenem Malz, gedeckt floral mit Parfum und überreifen Äpfeln.

Geschmack: Floral mit Moschus, Zitrus und Äpfeln, Gerstenmalz mit leichter Würzigkeit und herber Eiche.
