Glenfiddich Fire & Cane 0,7l, alc. 43 Vol.-%

The Glenfiddich distillery was built between 1886 and 1887 by William Grant and began production on Christmas Day 1887. In 1892, the founder took a break from managing Glenfiddich Distillery to establish the nearby Balvenie distillery, which is also still owned by William Grant & Sons. In 1963, the distinctive three-sided Glenfiddich bottle was introduced. In the same year, the distillery also launched the first ever official single malt whisky on the market.

Glenfiddich Fire & Cane reifte für nicht definierte Zeit in ehemaligen Bourbonfässern und erhielt im Anschluss eine Nachreifung in Rumfässern. Abgefüllt mit 43 % vol. Alkohol.

Aroma: Zuckrige Süße, geröstetes Getreide, Anklänge von grünen Äpfeln und einem Hauch Rauch.

Geschmack: Leicht rauchig mit Karamell und Puderzucker, Malz, unreifen Früchten und milden Gewürzen.
