Glenfiddich 29 years Grand Yozakura 0.7l, alc. 45.1 Vol.-%

The Glenfiddich Distillery was built by William Grant between 1886 and 1887 and began production on Boxing Day 1887. In 1892 the founder took a break from managing Glenfiddich Distillery to establish the nearby Balvenie distillery, also still owned by William Grant & Sons. In 1963, the distinctive three-sided Glenfiddich bottle was introduced. In the same year, the distillery also launched the first official single malt whiskey ever.

Glenfiddich 29 year old Grand Yozakura first matured in oak casks and then received a post-maturation in rice schnapps casks. Bottled at 43.8% ABV. Alcohol.

Aroma: Spicy with ripe fruits and caramelized almonds, aromatic oak with hints of cinnamon and herbs.

Palate: Sweet and creamy with vanilla toffee, spice and ripe citrus, earthy notes with herbs and dry wood.
