The Glenfiddich distillery was built between 1886 and 1887 by William Grant and began production on Christmas Day 1887. In 1892, the founder took a break from managing the Glenfiddich Distillery to establish the nearby Balvenie Distillery, also still owned by William Grant & Sons. In 1963 the distinctive three-sided Glenfiddich bottle was introduced. In the same year, the distillery also brought the first official single malt whiskey onto the market.

This limited special edition of the Glenfiddich 21 Years on the occasion of the Chinese New Year consists of an artistically designed gift box. The bottle of Glenfiddich Gran Reserva 21 Years contained therein impresses with its exceptional taste.

Glenfiddich 21 years old was first matured in bourbon and sherry casks and then matured in rum casks. Bottled with a mild 40% vol. Alcohol.

Aroma: Floral and fresh with distinctive sweetness, hints of dried fruits, leather and oak.

Taste: Mix of sweetness and spice with vanilla and pepper, ginger, ripe citrus fruits, figs, spicy oak.
