Glencadam American Oak Reserve 0,7l, alc. 40 Vol.-%

The Glencadam Distillery was founded in the Scottish Highlands in 1825 and has undergone countless changes of ownership in the past. Before the distillery passed to the current owner, Glencadam produced heavily for the blending industry. Today, however, the focus is on marketing its own single malts.

Glencadam American Oak Reserve first matured for an undefined period in ex-bourbon casks. Bottled with 40 % vol. alcohol, without colorant and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Vanilla and sweet like buttercream with fruity hints of fruit and raisins. 

Taste: Grapes, apple blossom, acacia honey with roasted chestnuts and accents of mocha and lemon rind.
