Many Scottish distilleries produce exclusively for the blend industry and therefore do not have their own single malt whiskey in their range. The background to the so-called Flora & Fauna series is to create an original bottling from precisely such distilleries in order to make their specific character accessible to connoisseurs.

Glen Spey 12 years comes from the Scottish Speyside and matured for 12 years in former bourbon and sherry casks. Bottled at 43 vol. % alcohol.

Aroma: Deep floral, nutty notes, some chocolate and caramel.

Taste: Harmonious mix of sweet and spicy, floral notes with a hint of hazelnut and pear.
