Founded in 1832 by the Galbraith family, Glen Scotia Distillery is one of three remaining distilleries in the Campbeltown region of Scotland. The distillery is said to be haunted by the ghost of Duncan McCallum, one of its former owners. Glen Scotia produces both smoky and non-smoky single malt whiskey and is enjoying growing popularity among connoisseurs.

Glen Scotia Victoriana first matured in ex-bourbon casks for an undefined period of time before receiving a post-maturation in freshly burned oak casks. Bottled with a strong 54.2 vol. % alcohol, without coloring and not chill-filtered.

Aroma: Spicy notes of oak, caramel and hints of citrus fruits and ginger.

Taste: Sweetness and spice in the mix, mild fruitiness, fresh ginger and charred wood.
