Glen Moray Chardonnay Cask Finish 0.7l, alc. 40 Vol.-%

Founded in 1897, Glen Moray Distillery is to the west of the town of Elgin. Located on the banks of the River Lossie, the origins of the building in which the distillery produces can be traced back to a brewery. Glen Moray means something like "Valley of the Settlement by the Lake". The distillery is known for its single malts, which matured and then matured in a wide variety of cask types.

Glen Moray Chardonnay Cask Finish first matured in ex-bourbon casks for an undefined period of time. It then received a post-maturation in white wine barrels, bottled with a mild 40 vol. % alcohol.

Aroma: Dry grain, delicate acidity and sweetness in the mix, slightly dry oak note.

Taste: Green grapes, green apples, malty with an underlying sweetness and some wood.
