The cognac to the perfume. The 1270 is the legitimate Frapin VSOP successor, named after their exclusive and famous perfume and based on the founding date of the venerable Maison du Cognac. The grapes used here all come from the company's own vineyards in the Grande Champagne and are distilled by Frapin itself into the eaux de vie.
Smell : Wine notes, floral accents, hints of vanilla and a hint of oak.
Taste : round and finesse-rich body with creamy vanilla notes, flowery style and a finely balanced spiciness.
Finish : long and spicy aftertaste.
